There have been a number of posts here regarding SSTV, setup and related programs. MMSSTV has been discussed, but MixW allows you to make some important adjustments and offers the TTT mode.

First and foremost, SSTV will not work well here on CQ100. There will be problems with the color and the images will often be streaked and shifted due to packet losses and loss of sync. If you can tolerate these problems then the trick is to open your windows mixer control and see if you have either a 'stereo mix' or 'what you hear' control. Selecting one of these will allow the audio to be injected into your MMSSTV program. Some laptops will not offer these selections. It is possible to use your microphone next to the speaker but it doesn't work well and picks up other noises as well.
The creative use of a splitter and audio cable will also allow you to inject the audio into your program (but is not recommended).

MixW is a better program for use here because you can adjust the center frequency of the SSTV audio signal and use a better mode. The default does not work well. Change the center frequency to 900 Hertz. You will need to use the TTT mode. Of course the other station must do this as well. This will produce a 'better' but not perfect picture.

The default settings and modes will not produce good results on VOIP.
There are lots of good tips scattered around the forum. Good luck.
