Will this link be open 24/7 or just on net times?

I have tried to use this link but have not been successful so far. I was also wondering if this link could be moved up above 29.600 so we wouldn't have to tune so far across the band for different links?

Gus,

Since you didn't respond to my email I would like to clear this up for you. My posting did not suggest that link be moved to 29.600. What I did offer was that the link be moved to ABOVE 29.600. Doug is just requesting that we do not use the exact frequency of 29.600, not the entire band. Therefore I do not understand the reason for your posting? I think you are confused as to the intention of where the links should locate. I hope this clears it up for you.
