Subject: Linking with other amatuer radio programmes

Hi Everybody,
What is the policy on Qsonet for linking between the different systems like eQSO, Echolink, IRLP or ISSTV does anybody know? because echolink don't allow it.
Thanks very much
David

Hi David,

The only policy here is that links, repeaters, gateways etc be located on our 29 MHz band. I guess additional policies may evolve over time.

Any station who sets up a link is reponsible for obeying laws, rules and policy at the other side of the link.

Our rules on the home page apply to all stations on QsoNet, regardless if they are running a link or not.

As long as there are licensed hams communicating on both ends, it sounds good and will adhere to Doug's request for licensed ham use of QsoNet. I know that eQSO has SWLers on there.
