A few people are not receiving the registration email. Your ISP is tagging the email as spam and returning it to the QsoNet system. Or maybe you mistyped your email address. Your ISP is being over-aggressive in filtering your email, or maybe you have installed special security software to delete incoming emails.
You cannot re-register your callsign to solve this problem because you already registered it once. You will see an error "Callsign is in use".
Try this: Log into your QsoNet Account page and correct your email address, then click the button to "Resend Welcome Email". If you dont have a second email address, its easy to open a new account at hotmail, yahoo, or gmail.
If you are not able to receive email, we cannot help you.
