Doug had mentioned in post some time ago about adding voice bulletins in on CQ-100, something like the regular cw practice beacons. I would like to suggest that Doug formaly set aside a block of frequencies on each band to allow the USERS to set up and maintain their own VOICE BULLETIN BEACONS, lets say the bottom 20 Hz of each band. This would allow the operators of NETS, special interest groups, etc. to create and maintain their own bulletins for their purposes. By Doug formaly setting aside a block of frequencies in each band, just like the CW blocks, no-one can complain about the use of BEACONS on CQ-100. Also by allowing this type of operation by the regular users of CQ-100, Doug would not be responsible for maintaining the beacons.
