Subject: Unable to connect.. Port Blocked?

My Dad (K6DYA handle= "Dick")has been checked into rehab facility after having a stroke. He very much wants to get on QsoNet again, but the Wifi at the rehab center seems to be blocking what ever port(s) QsoNet uses. His laptop connects fine from home, but errors out "Server won't connect" from the care center. I'm his son and can probably get the rehab guys to open the necessary port if that is in fact the issue.. Any thoughts or information would be greatly appreciated.

Rick

Hi Rick.

CQ100 has no error message that says "Sever won't connect". It must be some other program that is producing this message.

If it is saying "Connecting to Server..." the fix for that problem is given here... http://qsonet.com/faq.html#PASS
